Saraswati Mantra

The Saraswati Mantra with the "Aim" beej is the most important mantra for knowledge, education, and artistic achievement. "Aim" is the seed syllable of Saraswati, representing Vak (divine speech) and Vidya (knowledge). The accompanying shloka is the universal Saraswati Vandana recited at the start of educational activities. Chant 108 times daily, especially on Thursdays, during Vasant Panchami, and before exams. Students should place books, pens, and instruments before Saraswati while chanting. It removes ignorance (jadya), enhances memory, improves speech, and grants artistic inspiration.
